Day 1. Welcome to Corfu!
Touch down in ancient Corfu! Hop in your shuttle transfer to MarBella Nido Suite Hotel & Villas, get settled, and then check out Marbella Nido's pristine blue-flagged beach decorated with umbrellas and sunbeds. You can lounge back in the sun to relax or enjoy aquatic activities like windsurfing, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Try out another restaurant tonight – perhaps the Apaggio which serves a modern twist on local dishes, or the San Giovanni Main Restaurant which serves casual all-day buffets featuring international and Greek cuisine.

Day 3. Corfu
Head out of the hotel today and visit Corfu's Old Town! Stroll through the streets lined by brightly painted Venetian houses, marvel at the 19th-century mansion Casa Parlante, and take pictures of the two magnificent fortresses guarding this city. As you stand above the impressive walls, you'll be welcomed by a panoramic view of the Straits of Corfu, Greece's mainland, and the entire city.
You can also head slightly south of Corfu City to marvel at the impressive Achilleion, originally a summer residence for the Empress of Austria in 1888. Here you can stroll through lush gardens filled with cypress trees, fountains, and statues of Achilles – the hero who inspired this palace.

Day 4. Corfu
Venture back out of the resort today and head to the north of the island to explore Mount Pantokrator, where you can see Corfu's highest peak. You can take a mini-bus tour (or drive yourself, if able) to the mountain's summit where you can relax at the cafe, visit a 17th century monastery, or simply enjoy panoramic views of the Ionian Islands as well as Puglia, the heel of Italy's boot off to the west.
You can also visit Angelokastro, a spectacular 13th century fortress also referred to as Angel Castle. This fortress is believed to have been purposefully built upon a high mountain amongst rocky terrain to protect against pirate attacks and other sieges, which it successfully did many times. Though not much of the fortress survives today, you can still tour around to marvel at the fortified walls, beautiful frescoes, and a small Church of Archangel Michael.

Day 5. Corfu
Want to explore more of Corfu? Catch a boat to Pontikonisi (Mouse Island), which hosts a 12th century Byzantine monastery surrounded by tall pine and cypress trees. This tiny island is said to be Ulysses’ ship after Poseidon turned it to stone, according to legends. Alternatively, you may wish to visit the charming fishing village of Kassiopi found on the northeast of Corfu. Here you'll be mesmerized by the Kassiopi Castle with its 19 towers, believed to have been built by the Byzantines in the 6th century.

Day 6. Depart Corfu!
