Day 1. Welcome to Iceland!
Once you have arrived in Reykjavik, transfer to your hotel and get settled in. When you're ready, venture out to explore the city and uncover its hidden gems. In the evening, treat yourself to a delectable Icelandic meal at the hotel restaurant, introducing yourself to the local flavours.

Day 2. Reykjavik
Today, depending on the season, you'll either enjoy a Northern Lights tour or a Golden Circle tour. Use your free time to explore the highlights of Reykjavik at leisure.
A Tip For Your Trip: Note: If booking between April 16 and August 24, the Golden Circle Tour is included instead of the Northern Lights Tour, as Northern Lights is seasonal and only operates when the chances of seeing the lights are higher.
Northern Lights Tour (RE62)
Experience a spectacular tour that offers the chance to witness a breathtaking phenomenon visible from late August to mid-April: the northern lights, or aurora borealis. This captivating display arises from the interaction of solar particles with the upper atmosphere near the Magnetic Pole.
Choosing a guided tour significantly increases the likelihood of seeing the northern lights in Iceland. A team of experts closely monitors weather conditions, optimal locations, and aurora forecasts on a daily basis to assess the best opportunities for sightings. While this tour is weather-dependent and sightings cannot be guaranteed, participants will have the chance to immerse themselves in Icelandic nature at night, enjoying views of the Milky Way, stars, the moon, clouds, and the serenity of total darkness. Please note that return times are subject to variation.
Golden Circle Direct at 12:30 (RE24)
The Golden Circle bus tour takes you on a day trip to see the world-famous Geysir geothermal area and Gullfoss, the queen of Icelandic waterfalls, as well as Thingvellir National Park. The Geysir geothermal area boasts spouting springs, including Strokkur, the most active geyser in Iceland.
At Gullfoss you are given the opportunity to stand next to the amazing waterfall, watching enormous quantities of water tumble violently into a deep, meandering gorge. You will also spend your time encountering a cross-section of Iceland's natural wonders and geological phenomena at Thingvellir National Park, an area of historical and geological significance.
Day 3. Reykjavik
Iceland offers incredible opportunities to encounter various species of whales and marine life. Start your day with a delicious breakfast, then head out to your included whale-watching tour. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner at a local eatery before diving into the city's lively nightlife scene.
Whale Watching from Reykjavik
This approximately three-hour tour will be led by experienced guides who will share their wealth of knowledge (and some old sea stories!) as you observe whales and other interesting sea life.
The whales here are not shy, either, and will often surface very close to your boat. They are so sure that you’ll observe whales during the tour, that if you don’t, you can take the tour again on another day, for free! You’ll travel in comfort, too, as the boat offers a café lounge with Wi-Fi, hot drinks and refreshments, as well as use of warm overalls, if needed.
Day 4. Reykjavik
Take a break from the hustle and bustle of city life with a relaxing afternoon at the Blue Lagoon. Board your transfer to the Blue Lagoon for your Comfort Admission experience.
Take advantage of your rejuvenating silica mud mask and unwind with a calming massage. As evening sets in, sip a crafted cocktail at the lagoon's bar and let the serene atmosphere melt your cares away.

Day 5. Depart Iceland
