Day 4. Ischia - Overnight Train to Linguaglossa, Sicily
After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Naples. (If you prefer, you may spend a few hours exploring the city at your leisure. Luggage storage is available at the depot for an additional fee, allowing you to wander freely and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the historic centre.)
In the evening, you’ll board an overnight train to Catania, settling into a comfortable sleeper cabin. As the train crosses the Strait of Messina during the night, you’ll drift into sleep and awaken in Sicily, ready to begin the next chapter of your journey.

Step back in history with a 10:00 AM departure on the iconic vintage train from Linguaglossa, located just a brief 10-minute stroll from the hotel. This scenic rail journey winds through unique volcanic landscapes, arriving at the fortified medieval village of Randazzo.
The afternoon is yours to explore the town's basalt-paved streets and Gothic architecture at your own pace.
