Day 1. Welcome to Porto!

Welcome to Porto! Take some time to settle into your hotel once you arrive. Then, head out to explore some of the best things to do in Porto, including visiting Ribeira Square. This famous district is historic in nearly every sense. From the antique buildings facing the nearby river to the sculptures of famous figures, taking some time to wander through Ribeira Square is a must. You can even take a boat across the Douro River from Ribeira Square or visit some nearby museums. You can finish your day with dinner at a local restaurant or simply relaxing back at your hotel.
