Your journey begins with a private pickup in Venice by a specialist guide. As the cityscape fades into a lush countryside, you will learn about the unique geology and microclimate that give these grapes their signature floral and fruity complexity. You will wind through the "hogback" hills of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, where ancient vines cling to steep, sun-drenched terraces that have been worked by hand for centuries.
The first stop brings you to a traditional, family-run winery nestled deep in the valley. After a tour of the grounds, you will settle in for a guided tasting of their flagship labels. This session is paired with a regional light lunch featuring local cheeses, cured meats, and seasonal specialties designed to celebrate the distinct flavors of the Veneto territory.
The afternoon takes you to a second boutique estate with a focus on the technical craft of the vine. You will walk through the cellars and stand among the towering steel vats as the producer explains the nuances of the Charmat Method. Day 3. Mogliano Veneto

Leave the winding canals of Venice behind for a day to experience the dramatic alpine beauty of the majestic Dolomite Mountains. This intimate, small-group excursion introduces you to the region's most celebrated highlights, including the fashionable mountain resort town of Cortina and breathtaking views of the iconic Tre Cime di Lavaredo peaks from a variety of spectacular vantage points.
Your journey also showcases the area's pristine waters, featuring extended time at the beautiful Lake Misurina. Here, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the shoreline or relax at a charming local restaurant. If you visit during the summer months, you can also ride a scenic cable lift up to the Col De Varda mountain hut to access a network of incredible walking and hiking trails.
Day 4. Mogliano Veneto
Enjoy breakfast before taking the short, convenient train ride to Venice. Spend your day wandering along the enchanting canals, crossing the iconic Rialto Bridge, and admiring the grand architecture of St. Mark’s Square. Get lost in the labyrinth of narrow streets, stop for a traditional cicchetti snack at a local bacaro, or take a romantic gondola ride before returning to the calm comfort of your hotel.

Day 5. Depart Italy
Your Italian getaway has come to an end. Have one last breakfast at the hotel, then go to the airport to board your flight home.
