Day 1. Welcome to Rome!
Welcome to the Eternal City! Make your way to your accommodations and get settled in. Once you've familiarised yourself with the area, head out and explore the iconic Trevi Fountain! Try your luck by making a wish and tossing a coin into the fountain. May your wish come true!
Set in a historic 17th-century building, Al Manthia Hotel is a modern hotel within walking distance to the iconic Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. At the crossroads of Rome's four fountains, guests can easily walk to metro stations Barberini and Repubblica as well as the main train/bus station, which means easy access to all of Rome's iconic sites. Head out and visit the Colosseum today! This famous structure, also known as the Flavian Amphitheatre, began construction sometime between the years 70 and 72 and is located east of Palatine Hill. The Colosseum was originally used for gladiator fights, exotic animal shows, executions, and battle recreations – with the last "games" being recorded sometime in the 6th century. Walk through history and visit the nearby Roman Forum afterwards, which was once home to many government buildings in ancient Rome.

Rome Tiramisu & Gelato Making Tour
Learn how to make authentic tiramisu and gelato from a professional pastry chef in Rome! Tiramisu is the most famous Italian dessert worldwide, but who makes the best in town? Learn how to make a perfect artisanal tiramisu starting from baking your biscuits to the final taste. Your tiramisu class will teach you all secrets to make this amazing and delicious sweet from the base to a step by step process in which you’ll be a chef, not a spectator.
You’ll also be introduced into the world of gelato, tasting several amazing flavors and learning about the difference between ice cream and gelato. Learn how to make water-based gelato (Italian artisan sorbet) with fresh and seasonal fruit. At the end of the lesson, you’ll have samples of your creations and you’ll receive the recipes to make gelato again when back home.
Day 3. Rome
Today, consider making your way to Vatican City to explore the amazing St. Peter's Basilica. Be sure to check out the Vatican Museums, where you'll be surrounded by artwork from iconic artists such as Da Vinci and Giotto. End your exploration by viewing the historic Sistine Chapel ceiling, painted by Michelangelo.
Day 4. Rome
Today is your final full day in Rome! Consider exploring any landmarks you may have missed including the Spanish Steps, Castle Saint Angelo, and Piazza Venezia. Treat yourself to a delicious dinner and dessert in the evening with your favorite glass of Italian wine.
Day 5. Depart Rome
