Day 1. Welcome to Rome!
Do you feel the energy of Rome yet? You will soon! But first, take the 30 minute round-trip airport transfer from The Aeroporto Leonardo da Vinci di Fiumicino (FCO) to Rome’s city centre.
Once you arrive, the rest of the day is yours to seize and conquer. Since this is your first night here, pay a visit to Trevi Fountain to see it illuminated come nightfall. Go ahead and toss a coin in while making a wish - legend has it that if your wish comes true, you will return to Rome one day. What a great way to start off your trip!
Transfer to hotel
Set in a historic 17th-century building, Al Manthia Hotel is a modern hotel within walking distance to the iconic Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. You'll encounter some of the most influential and well-preserved monuments not only in Rome, but in the entirety of Europe.

Day 3. Rome
If there's a specific time to visit Vatican City, today would be that special time. Head on over to explore the breathtaking St. Peter's Basilica, which remains as the number one spot for the world's largest Christian basilica.
Be sure to visit the the Vatican Museums, where you'll be surrounded by masterpieces from some of the greats, like Da Vinci and Giotto. Don't forget to visit the iconic Sistine Chapel ceiling, painted by the legendary artist, Michelangelo.

Day 4. Rome
Today is your final full day in Rome! Take some extra time to tread along the cobble-stoned streets and absorb as much of this iconic city's essence as you can. You might even want to see the Spanish Steps at the end of the day to relax a bit. Before you leave, drift through the markets and shops to purchase some memorable souvenirs.
End your trip on a sweet note by finding a local gelato shop and having a cone (or two) of the decadent treat as a way to mark the end of your holiday here in Rome.

Day 5. Depart Rome
Wave goodbye to Rome as you get ready to depart the Eternal City— at least for now, that is. Make sure you have everything in your bags before taking your included airport-transfer back to the airport.
