Day 8. Aswan - Kom Ombo - Edfu
The cruise heads north today, stopping at the unique Temple of Kom Ombo. The cruise then continues to Edfu, where you'll overnight on the water.
Sail north to the distinctive Temple of Kom Ombo, dramatically perched on a curve of the Nile. Unique among Egypt’s temples, it was designed in perfect symmetry and devoted to two gods—Sobek, the crocodile deity, and Horus the Elder. Day 9. Edfu - Luxor
Your final day on the Nile takes you back to Luxor for two of Egypt's most awe-inspiring monuments. Begin at the vast Karnak Temple Complex, then visit Luxor Temple on the banks of the Nile.
Return to Luxor and step into the Karnak Temple Complex, the largest religious site ever built. Stroll through vast courtyards, towering obelisks, the sacred lake, and the legendary Great Hypostyle Hall, where 134 colossal columns create one of Egypt’s most breathtaking sights.
Continue on to the nearby Luxor Temple, gracefully positioned along the Nile.
