Day 1. Welcome to Vienna!
Welcome to Vienna, a historical city that was once the centre of the Habsburg Empire. After settling into your comfortable accomomdations, head out and start exploring!
Toast to your first night on holiday in Vienna with some schnitzel from fried meat (usually veal) that can be as big as a plate. Wash it down with Austrian beer.
Check-in - Lindner Hotel Am Belvedere
The 4-star Linder Hotel am Belvedere is located in Vienna (Landstrasse), close to Botanical Garden of the University of Vienna, Swiss Garden, and Viennese City Park. Also nearby are Konzerthaus and Musikverein. Almost all of the rooms offer stunning views of the Belvedere castle and the hotel itself is less than a 5-minute walk to the Wien Rennweg Bahnhof train station. The on-site Heuriger Am Belvedere restaurant serves traditional Austrian cuisine, and there is a casual bar for guests to relax. The hotel also offers a fitness center, spa, sauna, and steam bath.
Day 2. Vienna
Vienna is famous for its art and music, so you'll want to experience as much of the local culture today as you can. Perhaps you'd like to visit the Belvedere, home to the world's most impressive collection of Austrian art, including Gustav Klimt's iconic painting "The Kiss."
Alternatively, make it a musical day by walking in the footsteps of Mozart at the Mozarthaus, Mozart's only standing Viennese residence, now home to a museum.
Tonight, be sure to check out the city's famous Naschmarkt; to nasch means to snack in German, so pick up a few delicious treats at this vibrant food market and enjoy!

Day 3. Vienna
Use today to explore Schönbrunn Palace, one of the top attractions in Vienna. This magnificent baroque palace is surrounded by a beautiful park and is home to the oldest operating zoo in the world, as well as the Mirror Room, which is the site of six-year-old Mozart’s first concert!
Need a sweet break after exploring the palace? Indulge in some famous Sacher Torte at Cafe Sacher, which has been making this iconic treat since 1832 (and is still using the original recipe).

Day 4. Vienna - Budapest
Welcome to the "Heart of Europe" - Budapest! Check in to your accommodation before heading out to discover more of the city. In the evening, dine on a traditional meal of beef goulash in the Old Town.

Next, make your way to the iconic Buda Castle atop Castle Hill. The structure serves as home to the Hungarian National Gallery and the Budapest History Museum. End your exploration of the city with a stroll across the famous Chain Bridge into flat Pest and find a cafe to enjoy a meal.

Day 6. Budapest
Make your way down to the Dohány utca Synagogue, one of Europe's largest synagogues. Rich in history and architecture, this massive structure features carved pulpits, a large organ, and sparkling chandeliers.
It's no secret that Budapest is famous for its thermal baths, so your next stop should be the Széchenyi Baths. Equipped with 15 pools, this bath is also one of the largest on the continent. Enjoy a cocktail or even a game of chess as you melt away your stresses.
After an afternoon of relaxation, head to a romkocsmá (ruin pub) in the Jewish Quarter and enjoy a cheap pint of beer.
