Day 1. Welcome to Rome!
Welcome to Rome! Pick up your car hire at the airport's rental area and head to your first accommodation. Take the evening to settle into your beautiful surroundings.

Day 2. Umbria

Join talented chefs in creating delicious typical Umbrian dishes! Learn how to prepare "Strangozzi with black truffle" from scratch. "Strangozzi" is an Umbrian pasta similar to "spaghetti." During the class, you'll make the pasta dough, shape it, and cook it. You'll then prepare the mouthwatering black truffle sauce and enjoy! Buon appetito!
Day 4. Umbria
Today, head to Assisi, and its famous Basilica di San Francisco. Explore the well-preserved Temple of Minerva and wander through the excavated Roman Forum.
In the evening, utilise your included wine tasting tour and experience firsthand what makes Umbria's wine so unique!
Arnaldo Caprai Winery Tour & Tasting
Enjoy a wine tasting at the Arnaldo Caprai Winery, an acknowledged leader in the production of top quality Sagrantino di Montefalco. This wine is produced exclusively from grapes of Sagrantino, a variety that has been growing in the Montefalco region for more than 400 years. The vineyard lies amid the Apennines and the towns of Trevi, Assisi, Spello and Montefalco, all famous for olive oil and wine production.
Enjoy a tour of the vineyards and the wine cellar, followed by a tasting of three wines, olive oil, and other accompaniments.
Day 5. Umbria
After filling up on a hearty breakfast, enjoy a 1-hour drive to the clifftop town of Orvieto. This town is known for its historic monuments, museums, and churches. Feast your eyes on the stunning Duomo and admire the artistic mosaic facade that adorns this medieval wonder.
Once your exploration of Orvieto is complete, visit one of the nearby vineyards!
Day 6. Umbria - Rome
Make your way to Italy's marvelous capital city of Rome. Once you are settled into your accommodation, utilise your hop-on/hop-off bus pass to begin exploring the Eternal City!
