Day 2. Dubrovnik
Today is your first full day in Dubrovnik! After enjoying breakfast, begin your adventure of the city in Old Town. Here, you can explore a number of ancient buildings that embrace the beauty of Baroque architecture. Start with the Palace Sponza – currently, home to Dubrovnik's State Archives and Museum to the Dubrovnik Defenders. The building's historic significance dates back to the early 1500s when it was initially built by architect Pasij Milicevic as the Dubrovnik's customs house.
Afterward, you can stop by the Orlandov Stup, also known as Orlando's Column. Situated right in the heart of Old Town, this monument is dedicated to a knight by the name of Orlando, who assisted the people of Old Dubrovnik in defeating invaders during the Middle Ages. As you explore more of Old Town, be sure to take in views of the famous City Walls that surround the area.
Day 3. Dubrovnik
Today is a great day for the beach. Head over to Lapad Beach where you can relax and unwind alongside the Adriatic Sea. There are a number of restaurants and bars nearby, so don't be afraid to wine and dine until your heart is content!
Day 4. Dubrovnik
Visit Lokrum Island, which is a 10-minute ferry ride from the city's port. Here, you can enjoy nature while you hike along the many walking trails surrounded by stunning greenery. There are a few coves that are ideal for those who'd like to go for a swim as well. If you're lucky, you may stumble upon a few peacocks who have made the island their home.
Once you get hungry, be sure to stop by the old monastery that is located on the island and grab a bite to eat.
Day 5. Dubrovnik
Today is your last full day in Dubrovnik! Be sure to visit all of the destinations you wanted to experience on your bucket list and indulge in some more food unique to the area. Snap as many pictures as possible and grab a few souvenirs to bring home with you.
In the evening, enjoy a traditional meal and drink in Old Town. Head back to your hotel to pack and rest up for your trip home.
Day 6. Depart Dubrovnik!
