Day 1. Welcome to Rome!
After arriving at the airport,

Discover the Vatican treasures on this small group tour! Following your knowledgeable and passionate guide, the tour begins at the Vatican Museums with its expansive art collection built up by the Popes throughout centuries. The itinerary includes the Pio Clementino Hall, Laocoon and Apollo Belvedere, the Maps Gallery, Candelabra Gallery, the Tapestries Gallery and one of the most celebrated masterpieces in the world: the Sistine Chapel, with its breathtaking frescos by Michelangelo.
From the Museum you will exit directly into St. Peter's Basilica, the largest church in the world and symbol of the Catholic religion. Here it will be possible to admire iconic masterpieces such as La Pietà by Michelangelo and the huge Baldacchino by Bernini.
The tour ends in St. Peter’s Square, dominated by Michelangelo’s imposing Cupola and surrounded by Bernini’s famous double Colonnade.

This walking tour provides an impressive overview of the gorgeous city of Florence, including a guided tour of the Accademia Gallery. Your local and engaging guide will show you the main monuments of the city, including the iconic Brunelleschi's Cupola, Palazzo Vecchio, and the myriad of Romanesque-style churches that dominate the city, as well as Florence’s rolling hills.
Your first stop is the famous Accademia Gallery, known for Michelangelo’s, “David” sculpture, as well as some of his unfinished works of art such as the Prisoners, San Matteo, la Pietà di Palestrina, and other masterpieces. Learn about Michelangelo's tormented life and why his masterpiece has become the symbol of Florence over the centuries.

Half-Day tour to Pisa
Discover the everlasting beauty of Pisa and its iconic monuments on this half-day guided tour from Florence! After a short drive through the Tuscan countryside, you will arrive in Pisa. Your guide will lead you directly to the medieval entrance gate: Porta Santa Maria. From here, the extraordinary view will take your breath away! You will be in front of a unique panorama: Piazza dei Miracoli with its white, marble architecture and neat grass lawns. A professional guide will share the amazing stories of Pisa as you tour the monuments, and then accompany you on your visit to the precious interiors of the Cathedral, an unchallenged masterpiece of Romanesque art.
After visiting the Cathedral, you can explore independently as you admire the Baptistery, the Monumental Graveyard, and finally - the world-famous LEANING TOWER, discovering all its secrets (please note: admission to the Tower is not included, and would need to be purchased separately). Before heading back to Florence, you will have plenty of free time for fun photo opportunities in front of the monuments! Please note: Admission to the Cathedral of Pisa is now free, and on extremely crowded days the lines may be too long to visit the interior.
